Solera Technologies Pvt. Ltd., established in 2022, has rapidly emerged as a significant player in the Indian renewable energy sector, specializing in the manufacturing of PV Solar Junction Boxes. In just a short span of time, we have built a 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, equipped with cutting-edge machinery and advanced quality assurance labs. Under the leadership of our Managing Director, Mr. Abhishek Singh, who brings over 16 years of experience in plastic engineering products, Solera has successfully penetrated the entire Indian market and is now positioned as an industry leader in photovoltaic technology. We are also proud to be the first company in Rajasthan to manufacture PV Solar Junction Boxes with a capacity of 2 Gigawatts annually, contributing to the growth of solar energy in India and beyond.
Q. Could you elaborate on the range of products and solutions Solera Energy offers in the solar energy space?
Solera Technologies specializes in the design and production of high-performance PV Solar Junction Boxes. Our range includes various models that are tailored to meet the specific needs of solar panel manufacturers worldwide. These junction boxes are engineered to deliver unmatched durability and efficiency, even in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, our products are designed with minimal silicone potting material, making them both spaceefficient and economical for manufacturers. With a focus on innovation, we are continuously developing new designs, like the cable-locking feature of our junction boxes, which we introduced for the first time in India.

Our factory is equipped with 16 injection molding machines and a dedicated R&D department that consistently works to innovate. The PV Junction Boxes we produce are designed to endure extreme environmental conditions, ensuring longevity and consistent performance throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, our space-efficient designs reduce the need for excessive silicone potting, further enhancing the product’s economic and operational viability. This attention to detail and durability positions our products as leaders in the market, capable of meeting international standards.

Q. What are your future plans in terms of product development and market expansion, especially with regard to government initiatives like PM Kusum?
Looking ahead, Solera Technologies aims to expand both its product offerings and market presence. We plan to introduce more innovative solar components, further strengthening our portfolio of PV Junction Boxes. In alignment with government initiatives like PM Kusum, which promotes the adoption of renewable energy in India, we are exploring opportunities to supply our products for solar installations in rural areas. Our focus on quality, coupled with our competitive pricing, positions us as an ideal partner for projects driven by such initiatives. We also plan to expand our export operations, tapping into international markets where demand for cost-effective, high-quality solar components is on the rise.
